Returns & Refunds

We do not offer a refund for incorrect choice or if you change your mind.
In the event that the price of a product listed on our website is incorrect due to a typographical error or other error in pricing, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We also reserve the right to refund the customer for any products purchased at the incorrect price.
Shipping & Returns
All orders will be dispatched once payment confirmation has been received. Orders will be shipped via Australia Post or courier services and be delivered between Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm excluding Public holidays (subject to their terms and conditions).
Please make sure all customer shipping details are correct as we cannot redirect any orders once they have been dispatched.
All parcels are sent via the terms and conditions of the carrier and may require a signature upon delivery.
In the event that there is no one in attendance at the nominated delivery address, couriers including Australia Post may leave a parcel at the front door or leave a collection card or instruction for arranging redelivery.
Returns Policy
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Returns for Non-Defective Goods
- A Return Authorisation Number (RA#) must be obtained from our sales team before sending any items back.
- Requests for return must be made within 5 days of the order date.
- Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of the original invoice date.
- The sender is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and unopened.
- A 20% restocking fee will apply.
Returns for Defective Goods
All defective items are subject to inspection and testing by the manufacturer to determine eligibility for credit or exchange.
No refunds or exchanges are available on Special Buy-In items unless deemed faulty by the manufacturer.
Damage, Defects and Loss in Transit
Any complaint concerning damage, short delivery, loss in transit or defect must be made within 7 working days of the Customer receipt of the invoice for that delivery, or the receipt of the goods, whichever occurs later.
